With a one-time production investment, a training program was created that will reach 8900 customs employees in the long term. This eliminates the need for expensive face-to-face seminars and recurring training costs, making the e-learning tool an extremely efficient and cost-effective solution. The digital nature of the program allows employees to complete the course regardless of time and location, which not only saves resources but also relieves the daily operations of customs authorities.
Final certification
After completing the course, participants receive an official certificate confirming their newly acquired skills in dealing with labor exploitation and forced labor. This not only strengthens the motivation of the participants, but also ensures that all employees operate at a uniform and high level of knowledge.
